As a BCLC lottery retailer, you’ll play a key role in the success of our lottery business. BCLC depends
on our retailers to
understand our products, provide excellent customer service, follow our standards, policies and
procedures and maintain security and integrity.
All BCLC lottery retailers enter in to a Lottery Retailer Agreement with BCLC, which outlines your role
Furthermore, every retailer is certified and trained by BCLC and registered by our regulator, the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch.

Start the lottery retailer application process by answering the following questions:
Your personal information is collected in accordance with B.C.’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act
and will be used, accessed, disclosed and stored by British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) and its service providers
inside and outside of Canada for the following purposes:
1) To assess your application, including conducting a credit assessment check and a security check;
2) If you are an accepted applicant, to administer the lottery retailer agreement and to conduct authorized transactions in your bank account;
3) To facilitate and administer lottery retailer training and development;
4) To communicate with you on lottery related business;
5) To prevent fraud and for investigation purposes in respect to lottery retailer and other prize claims; and.
6) To comply with applicable laws.
Information required for GPEB registration is collected independently from BCLC. By entering your personal information and effective
